"Sadrakshanaya Khalnigrahanaya" is the motto of Maharashtra Police. It is our solemn duty to protect the law abiding citizens as well as to make sincere efforts to find out the culprits and nab them. We are committed to upholding the rule of law without fear or favour, and to enforcing the laws of our land. Our goal is to strive to create a conducive and fear-free environment for the growth and development of the society.

Satara Police shall always remain committed to maintaining law and order in our district, preventing and investigating crimes, cracking down organized crime and anti-social elements, maintaining communal harmony, etc.

I urge all the citizens of Satara district to strictly abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the administration. I am sure that through the joint efforts of all of us, we will definitely succeed in maintaining peace, harmony, law and order in our district.
